Step by Step Guide

Book Online
Find the trip that aligns with your interests, click book now, and fill out the booking form. Your spot on the tour will then be reserved. However, your reservations will not be guaranteed until we contact you to confirm your booking and take your deposit.

Reserve Your Spot
Our tours require a $250 deposit to reserve your spot. Your deposit can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
When you book a trip with North Sky Adventures, you agree to sign our Guest Agreement, which confirms that you and all members of your party have read and understood the important information contained in our Terms & Conditions, including our release of liability, and that you agree not to bring legal action against North Sky Adventures or any of its guides, employees, or participating partners. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions governing your reservation.
We require that all required forms—including your completed Booking Form and signed Guest Agreement—be submitted within 14 days of placing your initial booking and deposit. Failure to submit these materials within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund, except as provided under our published cancellation policy.

Email Confirmation
Once you have booked, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice. Either attached to this email or in an immediate follow up email you will receive all of our trip forms.

Trip Forms
Your trip forms will be sent via email and will include the Terms & Conditions, Guest Agreement, Booking Form, and Payment Authorization Form. These forms must be signed and returned within 14 days of booking.

Final Payment
Final payments for our trips is due 60 days prior to departure. For your convenience, North Sky Adventures will charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file on the final balance-due date, unless you notify us in writing beforehand that you prefer to pay using an alternate method. If the final balance is not received by the balance-due date, your reservation may be subject to cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Recommendations and Trip Materials
When your 60 days away from your departure, we'll send you a packet of cool stuff. This will be anything from where to get a good pizza, who has the best happy hour deals, where to book a fly fishing trip, and a bunch of info relevant to your tour. If you're bookending your North Sky trip with a few extra days in Missoula, we'll fill you in on the local spots and hidden gems. Keep your eye out for our guide recommendations in your packet!
